Pet Policy
Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. $350 Non-refundable Pet Fee for one pet, $500 Non-refundable Pet Fee for two pets, up to two (cat or dog). $20 Monthly Rent (per pet). Picture and vet records required. Visiting pets are not allowed. Exceptions for legally documented service animals or emotional support animals. Animal owners are required to pick up their pets' feces, and failure to do so will be the basis for eviction. Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet.
